Does RKLhost offer support?
Yes. RKLhost does offer support through our Help Center and Public Forums.

Why doesn't RKLhost offer phone support?
We prefer support requests to come through our Help Center. Additional assistance can be found in our Public Forums.

First, it provides an audit trail of communication so that all the facts can be passed on to whomever may be working your problem.

Second, it allow us to focus on fixing problems instead of answering the phone.

Third, The Public Forums allow us to make infromation available to everyone and allows others to offer assistance in areas where they have expertise. We think this makes more knowledge available to more people.

Last, the cost of phone support is high. We want to keep our prices low. We think you do to.

We continually evaluate the services we provide. We may make changes to this process in the future if the situation warrants.
